is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Applications, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, INDIA since 2004. He received his Doctorare Degree in the field of Biometrics form Department of Computer Science & Applications, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, INDIA. He has done M.Tech. (Computer Science) (2001) and Masters degree in Information Technology (1998) and from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, Haryana, INDIA. His research interests include biometric security, pattern recognition and web technologies. He has published more than 30 publications in various International Journals and Conferences. He has also taught in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, Haryana, INDIA for 3 years and at Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa, Haryana, INDIA for 1 year. He also worked as Data Base Administrator at Swaraj Group, Chandigarh, INDIA due to his ORACLE proficiency.
He is on the role of Editor-in-Chief for International Journal of “Information Technology & Knowledge Management, New Delhi” INDIA since 2007.
